Find support ; care: Hopefully the recent stress is time limited so that with support and caring from a pro or good un-involved friend/relative/love you'll get through it and back to normal. If it's long term, find a therapist ti evaluate your needs. Talking and planning might be enough. Short-term meds may help until you learn management skills. Make life as easy for yourself as possible during stress. Best wishes.
