U waves are: commonly seen in young athletic individuals, and can be more common in states of high epinephrine. Check w/your doctor.

U waves: There are many causes of U Waves. They can be seen in bradycardia. Electrolyte imbalance (esp low K). Some drugs do this. I would talk to the doctor who performed the EKG/stress test in the first place and ask him/her to try to correlate the U Wave with your clinical situation.
