Anxiety: Anxiety can express itself in may ways. I'm not sure what you mean by "seeing things" but hallucinations are not part of anxiety. Over thinking is often a part of anxiety. Please chance w/a professional who can help set your mind at ease.

Anxiety: Seeing things (visual hallucinations) is not common with typical anxiety, but over-thinking is very possible. Hoping you'll consider meeting with a psychiatrist or psychologist to review what you're experiencing so that you can get the best help.
