Possibly: One glass of wine is likely not going to interfere with your antidepressant. However, alcohol can lead to depression, anxiety, poor sleep and many other problems. Be sure to let your doctor know how much you are drinking while on meds. Are you able to have just one glass? A great resource to determine if your drinking could be a problem is http://www.Rethinkingdrinking.Org.
