Fever control : And watch him closely . He must be coming down with something. Keep him hydrated . Virus is going around, vomiting , diarrhea and strep too. He could be coming down with an ear infection, UTI or sinusitis right now, it is wait and see, since he only presents with a fever.If condition worsened , see pediatrician
