Jelly diapers: I'm so glad you asked this question as it is a frequent one i get in my office. That "jelly substance" are actually absorbent compounds present in disposable diapers. Certain brans of diapers have more porous linings, and when the absorbent beads imbedded in the diaper get wet from urine, come out of the interior of the diaper and look exactly as you describe. Totally normal and no need to worry!
