Growth: You could have a variety of conditions. If it encased within the large ligament like structure it may be a plantar fibroma. You should consult a podiatrist for an evualation and treatment

Plantar fibroma: If it is indeed a hard cyst on the bottom of your foot it is probably a plantar fibroma- benign, not usually painful. It can be removed surgically but try a cortisone injection first. If there is no cyst- just pain then most likely it is plantar fasciitis and you need an orthotic.
