Lump on foot: Any lump or mass on the bottom of the foot is not normal and should be checked by your local podiatrist or foot specialist. Please make an appointment as soon as possible so that a thorough examination of your foot is undertaken to find out what it could be and any treatment available.

Lump: It would be helpful to know the exact location . Anything that has grown in size for whatever reason needs to be evaluated. Seek the help of a podiatrist. Good luck.

Have it checked: Clearly, anytime a lump develops, that increases in size and pain with ambulation, it needs to be checked out. I recommend surgical excision of any mass that is painful and increasing in size with time. Routinely, the specimen that is excised is sent to the pathology lab.

Plantar: Fibroma is possible but without seeing it can't be sure. Get it checked by your local podiatrist.
