Rectal bleeding: Rectal bleeding needs to be evaluated. Usually it is benign but it is not common in an 18 year old. A doctor needs to do an examination to make sure all is normal. Schedule a visit. Your Obgyn is a good place to start. They can address you pelvic pain and vaginal discharge as well
