Regular periods,or: Cervical mucus changes, or increase in body temperature. The latter 2 are a little bit of a challenge to use correctly, but -if you have a period every month on time (every 28-35 days) that is a pretty good sign that your body is ovulating (14 days before the period starts) because ovulation is necessary in order for the hormone changes that cause the period to start to occur.
