A member asked:

Can hcg be temporarily used to "jump start" testosterone production and be effective?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: Hcg use can actually decrease production of testosterone and should not be used in men trying to conceive. Clomid (clomiphene) can be used for this effect in some men, usually under the supervision of a urologist or a fertility doctor.
