Should i be worried about estrogen using androderm (testosterone)? my doctor isn't. also what about hcg? my doc says it's not used anymore?

U raise valid quest.: Overweight males especially should be checked for estrogen, but i generally check all men that i start on testosterone, as if elevated can be a source of failed improvement and can be an increase in risk of cardiac issues and dvt. Hcg is used if one is preserving sperm as testosterone generally reduces sperm count whereas HCG is actually used to increase sperm count as well as libido in low t.
