Mobitz 2: Is that block wherein there is no specific pattern of block. There are dropped beats without a pattern. Some seem to have a pattern if 3very 2 beats is dropped but may not be. The problem is these dropped beats can go on to a 3rd degree block with no heartbeat. The treatment is a pacemaker.
