Chest pain: You are having so many symptoms that obviously something is wrong. Because your consultant has not found out what is wrong, means that you may need to consult with a different doctor and keep trying to find the cause of your problems. Do not overlook that the cause may be anxiety or emotionally based. It is vital for you to have a proper diagnosis to find the cause so you can get treatment.

They are correct: Lipomas can cause moderate pain, particularly if they are struck or become injured, but the remainder of your symptoms are unrelated to your lipoma.
