Relax a bit: Your sound very anxious. Young people are by and large very healthy and should not worry about diseases. Anxiety may be the cause for your high BP also. You need to take a walk daily and do relaxation type of exercise(walking for 30 minutes is best) and concentrate on your breathing anytime that you want to relax and do this anytime you feel the flutter in your chest. You may need medical counseli.
