SSRIs: Seratonin reuptake inhibitors (ssris), such as flouxetine, citralopram, sertraline, and Lexapro (escitalopram) work well. Most people with depression do not realize that obsessing about negative thoughts is the most common form of ocd. These drugs do wrok the best for this.
