Clear cyst: The conjunctival lining of the eye is a secretory tissue which makes tears all of the time. Occasionally one of these secretors, gets covered up and a clear cyst results. These usually are small an spontaneously rupture. It seems as if you have accelerated this rupture which in fact does not harm.
