On my kidney xray, on one side it is normal, fluids go to the urinal, but on the other side there are strange black spots, fluid are stuck in kidney. help?

Unknowable!: But get the radiology opinion report. If right is normal that is great. Left may have renal cysts which can look like black spots (and may be confirmed with ultrasound if any questions)! delayed emptying, hydronephrosis, obstructions can be serious but treatable with current urology techniques.
