What cause swollen lymph nodes in the stomach? i have two in my lower right quarent at tht root of the mesentery. nonspecific subcentimeter!

Nothing serious: Slightly enlarged lymph nodes are sometimes seen on ct scans. If they are small (subcentimeter) they are nothing to worry about. We think they could be caused by a mild viral infection.
