What happens if you get pregnant too soon after a c section?

Stresses old scar: A common worry is that it is possible that the old c-section scar on your uterus might not have had enough time to heal and "toughen" up. Although old scar disruption (dehiscence) could occur in anyone with a previous c-section, it is more worrisome in the situation you describe. I would pay special attention to the old scar area when looking at your ultrasound pictures.
