I've had 3 c-sections on my 3rd on i was told i had to get a bilateral tubal or i'll die if i get pregnant again is that true?

C/S x3: 31 yo female with history C/S x 3 who was advised for bilateral tubal ligation. The risk of pregnancy is significantly increased after the third cesarean section. Perhaps your doctor was in attempt to emphasize the increased risk that goes after the third cesarean section. You may consider to see another doctor for second opinion before you make your final decision. Good luck.
