I have sle since two years ago, i'm having problems with my fingers, they are deformed, i'm 21, it's that normal even if my ana is negative?

See details: ANA negative lupus remains unusual. The arthritis of lupus can cause deformities but not damage. If x rays, MRI or ultrasound show joint damage, it is more likely to be rheumatoid arthritis. If you do have deformities from lupus then it suggests you need better control of the joint inflammation.

Something other: You may have more than just sle. ANA negative (or seronegative) forms of arthritis could be developing, such as psoriatic arthritis, which is also ANA negative. Based on your symptoms, you might want to contact your primary care phsician, who would then probably refer you to a local rheumatologist for a proper diagnosis and initiation of medical therapy to slow the progression of this condition.
