See details: If the baby is still in your uterus you did not miscarry. You need to speak with your obstetrician and clarify this issue. If you are carrying a dead fetus. This issue needs to be addressed.

?????: If you had a miscarriage , you should not have anything still inside you, if you do or think you do please see your obgyn asap as you need a good ultrasound and if you have a non viable fetus or products of conception , it needs to be removed asap.
