Recently diagnosed with cfs/me, no treatment fr 7 years prior , will i ever recover ? i feel terrible always asleep problems with balance etc

Chronic fatigue: There is no known effective specific treatment for cfs but there are a variety of centers that will offer specialized management which includes antidepressants, diet, exercise, cognitive behavioral therapy and a host of other unproven therapies. This illness is of unknown cause and therefore proving treatment efficacious is very problematic. Good luck.
