Tylenol, (acetaminophen) moist heat : Enbrel (etanercept) is a good choice to help get the disease under control. If she is not on Ibuprofen or another NSAID medication this us also an option. Moist heat and the bengay type rubs can also help with the pain and can be used with most medications. Talk with her rheumatologist and let them know that she is having this problem.
