Probably just...: If antibiotics is effective, patient will feel better in irritative voiding and backache with 2-3 days after its use. But, unfortunately, many patients being given antibiotics for backache with no real proof of uti. So, check with an expert if you indeed have kidney infection by taking a good history and examining a correctly-collected urine specimen. Best luck ...
