Every day around 4 pm i get sick. i get nausea, dizziness and sometimes my face feels strange. would you know why?

Hypoglycemia: Several possibilities. You could be pre-diabetic and when your blood sugar gets this low late in the day you have a hypoglycemic episode. Or, you have an ulcer and as your stomach empties late in the day the symptoms of the ulcer manifest like this.
