This quite likely was orthostatic hypotension, a sudden drop in blood pressure that occurs when a person changes body position. It usually occurs whena person has a depleted fluid volume such as dehydration, but can be the side effect from certain medications. If should have resolved fairly quickly. If it returns and you have rehydrated, you should be evaluated by your doctor.
