Wait.: You should be adjusted by now. The dose was a low dose and usually it takes 2 to 3 weeks for it to get off your system. The symptoms may still be part of the discontinuation syndrome or uncovering of the original symptoms of depression . I would give it another week and if the symptoms persist, you may need to go back on it.
