Chest pains: Please describe in detail everything about the chest pain e.g. Where is it located, when does it come on, can you find it by pressing on your chest, does it radiate to other areas of your body, can you relieve it at all, have you tried anti acids e.g. Tums (calcium carbonate). Does your posture with breast feeding have any relationship to pain? Please resubmit so we can help you.
