I fell landed on left knee is not swollen put ice all day yesterday and today i can walk i have small bump should i xray it im concerned?

Probable Bruise: Simply falling on the knee and striking it on the ground, without a twist is more likely to cause a superficial contusion ( bruise) than significant internal injury. If you are bearing weight well with point tenderness over the bump, continue icing several times a day for the next day or two. If there is increasing pain swelling or difficulty walking , then i would have it seen and possibly xrayed.
