Orthostatic Hypotens: You might be suffering from orthostatic hypotension. Your BP and heart rate should be checked in supine position and in standing position. If there is no significant change then you might need a tilt table test. This work up will help to detect orthostatic hypotension vs. Vasovagal response vs postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome. Basing on diagnosis you need to take supportive measures.
