Caution here: Two different laboratories, correct? You've learned that (1) antibody levels fluctuate and (2) different labs may give different results depending on method. 'reference range' is set so that several percent of healthy folks fall outside. I'd simply urge you not to assume you have autoimmune thyroid disease and if need be, get those little nodules fine-needled for diagnosis if need be.
