Covering doctor: Doctors should have another doctor covering for them while they are out of town. The number would be on their answering machine or answering service. Call this doctor and you will be taken care of. If there is no covering doctor then call a local dentist or oral surgeon and they can help you.

Reevaluation: Call the office of the Dentist or Oral Surgeon that has been treating you. They should have arrangements for coverage while they are away. If not, seek help from the closest specialist Oral Surgeon. Your problem is resolvable.
