What're you eating?: the first things I would think of would be the food choices and amount you're eating. For example, citrus fruits would usually be a healthy choice, but not for someone with reflux. And certain carbs would not be good for someone intolerant of gluten. Switch up the foods and don't overdo the amounts you eat and see what happens.
