Merits evaluation.: In a young person, dehydration with associated low blood pressure would be among the most likely causes of these symptoms. Checking ones blood pressure and heart rate sitting and standing would help determine ones state of hydration. Illness with a fever could cause similar symptoms. Gastrointestinal causes might also create these symptoms. The symptoms merit a visit to ones doctor.
