Do you shave?: If you shave, you may be more prone to it. You may also have a skin infection, like folliculitis. Or if the bumps are large and painful and red, you may have MRSA and if they are large enough, the bumps may need lanced, or you may need antibiotics. You should have them looked at. In addition, if you smoke or are diabetic or have other chronic illnesses, you should definitely have it checked.
