Possible: it is possible, if the liver is enlarged due to excess amount of fat, a person can get dull pain in the upper right abdomen. Other problems should be excluded, and an image of the liver is indicated

What are signs of fatty liver disease?
Dull pain for months in RUQ, especially after eating anything with fat. ALT was 122 on 12/16, 34 on 1/17, 100 on 5/17. ALP normal. US only shows 5mm polyp on GB. HIDA is 88%. Every other liver enzyme/disease test is neg. Endoscopy neg. Remove GB?
