Nothing good.: It is possible to reach the heart even if one is stabbed in the abdomen. Even if the heart is not directly injured, blood loss from the stabbing can cause hemorrhagic shock and death. Also, an abdominal stab can reach the lung and possibly cause tension pneumothorax or hemothorax.
