What causes fasciculations/spasms all over your body (heart, abdomen, back) in a relatively young age?

I don't think you're having fasciculations or spasms of the heart muscle. Benign fasiculations of muscles are not uncommon, but diffuse muscle spasms can be caused by deficiency of calcium, magnesium, potassium.. A neurologist can evaluation & advise you. Any appropriate testing will be ordered.
