Probably nothing: The recipient's immune system would probably recognize the cancer cells as foreign and get rid of them. I guess if a patient is severely immunosuressed (naturally or from meds) it is conceivably possible for the cancer cells to "take" but that would be remarkably unlikely. Now, what you are talking about is a criminal act so i hope this is a theoretical question.
