Eat real food!: Hi gabmorales1, There are no vitamins that you must take daily. The best way to get all of your daily recommended vitamins and minerals is through consuming real food (fruits, vegetables, grains, and meat). You absorb much more true vitamins from food and it's in a more pure form. If you feel that your diet is not sufficient, the safest approach would be a general daily multivitamin.
