Help please? what is it when i take sleep medicine at night and it makes my whole body irritable instead of falling asleep?

Sleep medicine: Benadryl is a common OTC sleep aid added to Tylenol (acetaminophen) PM and other similar products. It is not for everyone and can have this effect on some people that take it, especially if you take too high of a dose. In either case, what you are taking is not the right sleep aid for you.

Side effects: Interesting that some side effects of sleeping aids may make you irritable and affect your sleeping. Talk to your Dr. and/or a pharmacist to see what may work. Meds and sleeping aids vary from person to person and you may have to alter the dose to meet your needs.
