Why name symptoms?: Sounds very emotionally painful, but naming it may not be as important as what to do about it. First step is figuring out what makes you react this way. Interactions with a particular person? Fear of a certain event? Or does it seem to come out of the blue? A skilled therapist can help figure this out, and then it will become clear what to do. Book "the four agreements" by don miguel ruiz may also point you toward some answers. Be well.
