Help please? what if therapy for social anxiety does not work?

Medications availabl: Food and drug administration (fda). Has approved these medications for the treatment of social anxiety disorder: Paxil (paroxetine), zoloft (sertraline), and Effexor (venlafaxine). In addition, propanolol ( a beta-blocker) can be helpful and taken "as needed" i.e. Before giving a speech. Propranolol blunts the impact of Adrenalin and can help some of the physical symptoms.
