Checked the Kalms: Website and did not find the contents of kalms. Suspect it is a proprietary blend of 'plant extracts'. Without knowing what the herbs are in their formulation - can't really provide you with any helpful feedback.

Kalms: There are several kalms products, and i don't know which one you're considering. The "stress" formula contains hops (humulus lupus), valerian, and gentiana lutea. The first 2 are sedating herbs. No studies have been done on this product or its components with social anxiety -- so we don't know whether it helps with that condition.
