Please explain what happends during a pelvic exam?

Its quick: You and your doctor will chat about why you are there. If an exam is needed, a small speculum is inserted into the vagina. Swabs of the cervix and other samples will be taken. Your doc may need to insert a gloved finger to check the uterus and ovaries. Its very quick and you are done. Best wishes!
