Gluteal exercise: Squats are going to be your best exercise for your Glutes. Thigh exercises, too (like adduction and abduction of the thighs while seated) will help. You can also do the exercises where you raise one leg while down on all 4's and thrusting your leg upward in a bent position from the hip.
