None: Energy drinks are basically caffeine, and this is not required for good health, the ability to exercise or muscle strength. In fact, many trainers strongly recommend against the use of excessive caffeine for people who are training. The vitamins and other supplements in the drinks are a waste of money. A healthy balanced diet is adequate for nutritional needs, maybe protein shakes and an mvi (multivitamin).
