A member asked:

I was wondering what does transient dilation of right renal collecting structures mean?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Kidney change: This indicates a slight swelling of soft calyx structures. This bulging can be normal. It can also appear if there is a minor partial block of a ureter below from a stone or gravel.
